I have waxed linen thread that is .57 mm thick. This is too thick to be threaded through the eye of my number five sized Glover needle. Will the number one sized Glover needle be able to accommodate this thread thickness? Do the eyes get bigger as the needles do?
Hey Sonoe! The eye does get slightly larger as you get larger needle sizes, and the 1 should work for you.
