Description
Strips of veg tan horse butt leather. Sold by the pound, these leather strips average about 1.3 pounds, or about 2.5-3 square feet. Thickness gauges at 7-8 oz (just under 1/8″). With an especially tight grain, and high resistance to wear, making them ideal for making knife sheaths. Imperfections like stretch marks and scratches are possible.

Now this is some tough leather for the thickness. It worked out very well for my knife sheath. Think I will try it for moccasin soles.
