As you pull and use the leather, the darker tones give way to the lighter tones. At 4-6 ounces thick (1/16″-3/32″), this leather is ideal for bags, wallets, totes, bookbinding, and more.

Great product but did loose some of the distressed look after weting and working the leather. Came out more red.

Great look hide, happy with the finish.
However, I’m looking for a hide with a bumpy texture, more character. Maybe a skin fold scrap in ‘whiskey’, ‘congac’ or shade of brown.
