It shipped same-day even during a Black Friday sale, which is impressive. The order arrived 3 days earlier than shipping estimate (and I checked tracking yesterday!). It was rolled fairly tightly in the packaging, but some time lying face-down will surely straighten it out completely. I also love that there was nothing extraneous in the packaging, and thus it was low-waste.
The panel is *exactly* 12″ x 24″ as described, with straight sides and square corners, which is crucial if you need full dimensions in either direction like I do. Since I bought this for bookbinding, it’s the difference between 1 project vs 2, and I’m ecstatic that I’ll be able to get 2 covers out of this.
I’m the kind of buyer who can’t get enough of “character” (range marks, bug bites, etc.), but this piece is EXTREMELY clean on both the front and the back, which means it’s ready for anything and perfect for showpiece projects. The flesh side isn’t pasted (nor did I expect it to be), but it’s extremely clean with no fuzzing. Thickness is as expected (I ordered 4-5 oz and got it), with a medium-firm temper, which is what I expected.
I haven’t had a chance to cut/stamp/tool it yet, so I’ll update this review when I know more, but out of the box this is a 5-star cut at an 8-star price. I will most certainly be back for more.

I only suggest more care when rolling up two pieces, the thinner piece’s edge was damaged when stuffed in box. Edges were not even so the thinner piece was crushed over and wrinkled beyond use.
