How wide is the footbed from side to side? My friend is very tall and wears very large boots. He can’t ride in normal stirrups because his boots get so hung up he can’t get in or out of the stirrup so I’d like to know how wide these are? I assume the 3 refers to the bolt and the other numbers refer to the depth from toe to heel, but I don’t see width from side to side.
Hey Kris, you are correct as to what the measurements reference. The max width of these overshoe stirrups are 6" though, and do narrow slightly as they get to the base.
