I am not happy with the whole shipping service I received on this purchase. I ordered a bottle of leather cleaner and a 2oz. side of leather. The leather was crushed at both ends of the rolled up leather. They were shipped in a typical leather roll box with the heavy bottle of liquid cleaner on top of the leather. The bottle was wrapped in paper, not plastic.
I was disappointed in the condition of the leather but I could still use most of it. If it was not crushed, it would have been one of the nicest hides that I’ve ever received. I also learned through Pay Pal that they charged me an additional $16 + for shipping. This was on top of a previous shipping charge of $16 +.
I live a few hundred miles from Montana Leather, in the same state. I feel the double shipping charge was way higher than necessary. I would not have purchased from them I’d known that the shipping charge would be $32.88. I will be hard pressed to use them for any further purchases.

I needed a special supple piece of black leather, that looked great and the Doral Black fit the order. It was just what I was looking for.
The project I was working on needed to lay flat with the ability to expand, but still have strength so as not to fall apart, after being used a few times. I believe I found that in the Doral Black Leather. And do to the oil tanning process it will be water resistant. Just what I needed.
